Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present rental features while answering inquiries about rates, terms, and policies. Process applications, verify income, prepare lease agreements, and inspect vacant units and common areas to ensure move-in readiness. Build rapport with current and prospective tenants, assist with resident functions outside normal hours, and participate in open houses and promotional events. Maintain accurate records, update property management software, and collaborate with the team to develop leasing incentives and maximize occupancy. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in an office environment with regular on-site visits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
