Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and ensure smooth resident move-ins while managing CRM data and market analysis. Execute marketing activities, events, and referral programs to drive occupancy and revenue, then follow up with leads within 24 hours to finalize leasing decisions. Prepare lease renewal packages, meet with renewing residents, and address resident concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction. Daily inspect show units, coordinate maintenance needs, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator for community events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in the application and usage of a sales, marketing, internet and customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions
- Mathematical skills necessary to process sales conversions
- Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver's license to drive a golf cart on property
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management applications, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and documents
- Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances
- Ability to adapt to specific markets and professionals to ensure your sales message is received appropriately
- Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Routine, local travel
