Job Summary
Capano Management is seeking a Residential Leasing Consultant responsible for managing the leasing process from tour to move-in, ensuring resident satisfaction while meeting occupancy goals. Key responsibilities include showcasing community features, implementing customer-focused renewal processes, and utilizing marketing strategies to drive property traffic. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail in preparing leasing documents, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate exhibits professionalism, excellent customer service, and the capacity to build lasting relationships with residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances
Additional Requirements
- Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- Leasing and/or property management experience not required
