Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing the leasing process from tour to move-in, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting community leasing, retention, and occupancy goals. Key responsibilities include showcasing community features, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining accurate knowledge of the community and competitors, and handling detailed leasing documentation. The role requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and effective communication to build relationships with residents and potential applicants.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with adaptability
- High level of confidentiality
