Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at Camden in Orlando, FL responsible for guiding prospective residents from tour to move-in, driving leasing and occupancy goals, highlighting community features to meet customer needs, and maintaining strong resident relations. Must manage lease documents, assist with renewals, employ marketing/social media tactics to increase traffic, collaborate with team members on resident events, and handle a variety of daily tasks with attention to detail. Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service plus familiarity with property management tools (OneSite, Yield Star) and MS Office is preferred; Spanish bilingualism is a plus. The role requires mobility for tours and occasional travel, with an expectation of long hours and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Leasing and/or property management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
