Job Summary
Conduct daily leasing operations by managing inbound leads, scheduling tours, and showing apartments to drive occupancy and rent growth. Guide prospects through the application, screening, and move-in process while maintaining CRM records and following up post-tour. Collaborate with the onsite team to close sales, inspect units for move-in readiness, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Work flexible evenings and weekends to meet community demand.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Previous leasing experience within the multifamily property management industry
- Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Ability to adhere to Fair Housing laws and Brookfield leasing policies and procedures
- High energy, sales and customer service driven mindset
- Reliable, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and self-managing traits
- Ability to work well with diverse individuals
- Customer-focused mentality

Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality
- 1-2 Years of sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant)
- 1-2 Years of previous leasing experience within the multifamily property management industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient with Yardi CRMIQ
