Job Summary
Leasing Consultant opening at Broadstone Vega in Redmond, WA. Lead efforts to tour prospects, lease apartments, follow up with prospects, manage lease renewals, and support residents with payments, maintenance requests, and policies. Maintain knowledge of available units, rent rates, move-in dates, and ensure showable and rentable conditions. Responsible for vacancy and occupancy reporting, new resident paperwork, move-in/move-out inspections, Fair Housing compliance, and accurate processing of rental applications. Requires strong time management, sales, customer service, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; HS diploma required with 4-year degree preferred. On-site at Broadstone Vega with a schedule including weekends; benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of residential/multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- 4-year degree or related coursework preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
