Job Summary
Leasing Consultants are responsible for the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The incumbent interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, including generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork. They support the employee-first culture and uphold core values of relationships, development, quality, and responsibility; duties include answering inquiries, tours of available apartments, communicating advantages of renting, staying informed about competitive properties, following up with prospects, and handling renewals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience
- Previous leasing experience preferred

- Real Estate Licenses must not be active while working in this role
