Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries to lease apartments and sell property services within budget. Serve as the central communication link between residents, management, and maintenance teams by addressing day-to-day issues and managing renewals. Monitor leasing traffic trends, complete lease packets with all addendums, and follow up on applications and inquiries. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition while ensuring Fair Housing Standards are met in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years' customer service experience
- hospitality or apartment leasing role
- Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers
- Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment
- Must present a professional image
- Must be resourceful and well-organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
