Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries while effectively leasing apartments and selling property services within budget. Interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues, manage renewals, and serve as the central communication point between residents, management, and maintenance teams. Follow up on leasing traffic entries, monitor trends, and maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition. Assist with marketing activities, coordinate resident application reviews, and complete lease packets including all addendums and forms. Receive resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow-up. Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years' customer service experience
- hospitality or apartment leasing role
- Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers
- Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment
- Must present a professional image
- Must be resourceful and well-organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills
