Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries while effectively leasing apartments and selling property services within budget. Serve as the central communication point for residents, management, and maintenance teams by addressing day-to-day issues, coordinating renewals, and following up on leasing traffic entries. Maintain thorough product knowledge, complete lease packets, and monitor trends to ensure Fair Housing Standards are met. Coordinate resident application reviews and follow up throughout the lease term while adhering to Bell guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years' customer service experience
- hospitality or apartment leasing role
- Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers
- Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment
- Must present a professional image
- Must be resourceful and well-organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
