Job Summary
Show units to all prospects, monitor condition and cleanliness of make ready units, and conduct pre-move in unit inspections. Answer the telephone, process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and communicate application status to applicants. Ensure guest cards are complete, entered into RealPage, and that follow-ups are completed for all prospects. Accumulate traffic information from various sources to prepare consolidated reports and maintain awareness of local market conditions through quarterly studies. Create social media content and newsletters while providing support to the Assistant/Property Manager as needed. Audit all tenant files and assist current residents regarding tenancy requests. Weekend availability is required to accommodate high-demand viewing times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent
- Customer service skills including managing difficult or emotional customer situations
- Prompt response to customer needs
- Solicitation of customer feedback to improve service
- Response to requests for service and assistance
- Meeting commitments
- Microsoft Word skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
- WI CCAP experience
- TransUnion experience
- Experience with various rental search websites
- RealPage experience (a plus)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals
- Weekend availability
