Job Summary
Lead property tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects through the leasing process while assisting with paperwork, renewals, and rent collection. Engage with prospective residents via follow-ups and personalized communication, contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, and support community events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends to provide exceptional service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
- Leasing or property management experience
- Weekend availability
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must provide professional references
