Job Summary
Meet and greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and respond to leasing inquiries to schedule appointments and follow up. Process rental applications, verify credit and income, and document lease agreements while collaborating with the property management team to meet occupancy goals. Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service. Participate in marketing initiatives to promote available apartments. Available to work weekends and evenings as needed, with a schedule of 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday plus Saturdays and holidays. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

- At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales

- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
