Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries to effectively lease apartments and sell property services within budget. Serve as the central communication point between residents, management, and maintenance teams by addressing day-to-day issues, coordinating renewals, and following up on leasing traffic. Ensure Fair Housing Standards are met while maintaining thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition. Complete lease packets, review applications per guidelines, and provide timely follow-up on resident complaints or inquiries. Maintain punctual attendance and proper documentation throughout the leasing process.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years' customer service experience
- hospitality or apartment leasing role
- Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers
- Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment
- Must present a professional image
- Must be resourceful and well-organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
