Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant at Axia Residential responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting community tours of apartment homes, following up on leads, and converting prospects into residents through effective sales and closing techniques. You will process applications, prepare lease agreements, coordinate move-ins, assist with resident retention and renewal efforts, respond to inquiries, maintain records in property management software, and support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive occupancy and engagement. Strong communication, multitasking, and customer-service skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.
