Job Summary
Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication. Conduct community tours showcasing apartment homes and amenities, then assist applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. Process rental applications, lease renewals, and documentation accurately while responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests. Maintain organized resident files and inspect community appearance to coordinate with maintenance staff. Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to drive occupancy while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires on-site work as scheduled with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience in leasing or a related field
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively close leases
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Basic math and financial comprehension skills
- Bilingual skills
- Property assignments, work location, schedule, and hours are not permanent and may be modified or reassigned at any time based on business needs, operational requirements, or owner/client requests. This role requires on-site work as scheduled.
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site, or other property management software
