Job Summary
You’ll be the first impression for future residents at Berger Communities properties in West Chester, helping people find their next home. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents and prospects, matching prospects to the right apartment, giving in-person/virtual/self-guided tours, processing applications and lease paperwork, getting apartments ready for move-in, keeping the model and tour path polished, and supporting outreach and marketing, social media, and resident events. You’ll build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer service while promoting a 15 PTO/day schedule, bonuses, and a 20% rent discount starting Day 1.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years sales and/or customer service experience
- Apartment leasing experience is a plus
