Job Summary
Conduct full cycle lease processes, provide tours to prospective residents, and advertise the property using industry-specific software. Ensure timely rent collection, maintain 95% occupancy, and comply with Fair Housing and state landlord-tenant statutes. Engage tenants professionally, escalate relation issues, and facilitate resident events while inspecting property grounds, landscaping, and signage. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at two Eugene, OR apartment communities, reporting to the Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development
- Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders and maneuver walkways
