Full-time role responsible for advertising and promoting the property, providing tours to prospective and current residents, and completing the full cycle lease process with prospects. Ensures compliance with renter’s insurance, maintains resident occupancy at 95%, and handles rent collection and ancillary revenue. Uses lead management software to manage prospects, engages with tenants professionally to resolve issues, and facilitates resident events. Requires authorization to work in the United States, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years of customer service and sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong teamwork, communication, and integrity are emphasized. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday 9:00am–6:00pm in Tigard, Oregon, with approx. 80% in-office work and 20% on-site property inspections.
