Leasing Consultant

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents by greeting, qualifying, touring the community, and signing leases. Conduct functions to close sales, including making appointments, generating leads, maintaining model units, and completing all necessary paperwork before move-in. Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turn process while maintaining accurate prospect traffic and leasing data. Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and utilize sales strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals. Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction, and assist in developing retention programs. Contribute to office and common area upkeep, implement annual marketing outreach, and maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition. Manage excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce delegated community policies.
