Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for managing the leasing process from first contact to move-in, using sales techniques to tour and close on apartment units, handling inquiries by phone and email, coordinating with locators and current residents for referrals, analyzing competition, ensuring unit readiness, and supporting move-in logistics. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and RealPage OneSite, and compliance with Fair Housing laws. Bilingual Spanish is required; typically 1–3 years of leasing/sales/customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- High school diploma/GED and 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service required
- Familiarity with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing and Fair Housing
