Job Summary
Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property while processing rental applications and guiding move-ins. Assist in completing market surveys, execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy, and conduct move-out inspections for turnover. Provide superior customer service by responding to inquiries, processing maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate resident files. Update unit availability and community calendars, perform regular inspections to ensure move-in readiness, and handle resident collections. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms
- Occasional climbing
- Extended use of computers or telephones
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
