Job Summary
Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents while processing applications and guiding move-ins. Maintain daily unit availability updates, conduct move-out inspections, and handle resident collections. Provide superior customer service by responding to inquiries, processing maintenance requests, and managing resident files. Execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy and ensure all units meet move-in ready standards through regular inspections. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a full-time schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work with hands and arms
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking
- Use of hands and arms
- Occasional climbing
- Extended use of computers or telephones
- Ability to work under various weather conditions
