Leasing Consultant - Arrive Danbury

Leasing Consultant at Trinity Property Consultants in Danbury, CT. You’ll be the face of the property, delivering exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and guiding prospective and current residents through the rental process. Responsibilities include showing and leasing units, executing marketing strategies to maintain occupancy, processing rental applications, guiding move-ins, handling resident inquiries and maintenance requests, maintaining resident files, updating unit availability and calendars, conducting move-out inspections, and assisting with turnover. You’ll need strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include 1+ year in customer service or sales (multifamily leasing preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and intermediate MS Office skills with familiarity in Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
