Job Summary
Leasing Consultant role at Ari Apartment Management focusing on driving leasing and occupancy, conducting tours of model units and vacant apartments, managing vacancies and move-in processes, and supporting marketing and community engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Property Manager to meet daily leasing and renewal goals, processing deposits and move-in fees, maintaining accurate resident files, preparing weekly reports, assisting with resident retention and renewal programs, and ensuring professional standards and compliance with Fair Housing laws. Requires strong sales and customer service abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
