Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, conducting property tours, processing applications, coordinating background checks, preparing lease agreements, ensuring move-in readiness, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting resident engagement. Engage with prospective residents, promote community amenities, handle inquiries via phone/email/in person, maintain accurate resident records, and collaborate with on-site teams to achieve leasing goals while upholding a professional, welcoming atmosphere. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus; prior experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or administrative support is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
