Job Summary
Primarily sales-oriented leasing role focused on guiding prospective residents through the full leasing process, presenting property value, coordinating tours, handling inquiries, obtaining I.D., processing leases and initial payments, and assisting with move-in. Requires proficiency with RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office, strong customer-service and problem-solving skills, ability to qualify prospects by type/price/amenities, and bilingual Spanish communication. Emphasizes occupancy goals, referrals, renewals, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing and Fair Housing.
