Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing the community and leasing apartments. Ensure model and target units are well-maintained for showings, conduct market surveys, and manage leasing documentation including applications and lease agreements. Promote the community via platforms like Craigslist and assist with resident retention programs. Requires one year in multi-family housing, CRM IQ familiarity, and availability for two to three Saturdays monthly. Competitive pay of $16–18 hourly with commission opportunities, plus annual raises, health benefits, and a 20% rent discount.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month
- Monarch does require a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year in Multi-Family Housing Industry strongly preferred
- Yardi/CRM IQ familiarity strongly preferred
- Strong sales mentality- ability to close and secure the lease
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents
- Willingness to complete online training courses
