Job Summary
Answer telephones, greet prospects, and schedule tours while determining lease terms and collecting applications and deposits. Show vacant apartments, explain community policies, and prepare move-in packets upon approval. Walk residents through move-in inventories to ensure signatures before releasing keys. Complete outreach marketing, weekly surveys, and resident event coordination to boost retention. Maintain office cleanliness and follow up on work orders. Cover leasing office weekend shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- one to two years related experience and/or training in residential services, customer service, or sales
- Previous experience with marketing, sales, and customer service
- Experience with Bluemoon
- Experience with Yieldstart
- Experience with Onsite
- Experience with Yardi
- Proficient in computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required
