Job Summary
Leasing Consultant role at Meridian South focusing on maximizing occupancy through on-site leasing activities, tours of apartments and amenities, prospect follow-up, and move-ins. Responsibilities include on-site marketing planning, developing referral programs, coordinating renewals and notices, processing applications and payments, maintaining data in Entrata, ensuring Fair Housing compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires strong sales/customer-service experience, real estate license within 180 days (in PA/NJ), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to work weekends. The position is on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year customer service or sales experience
- Real estate license within 180 days of hire (PA/NJ)
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to walk apartments and grounds (stairs)
- Weekend availability (minimum 2 weekends/month)
- Valid driver’s license
