Job Summary
Answer telephones with the Integral greeting, retrieve leads in ILM, and clear the Lead and Prospect boards within 48 hours. Check CallMax messages daily before 10am, show model and market-ready apartments, and assist prospective residents with applications, deposits, and lease document completion. Verify application information, submit paperwork to QA or CM within specified deadlines, and conduct move-in inspections while collecting fees and verifying utilities. Handle resident service requests, update Yardi and LRO systems in real time, and manage lease renewals with advance notifications. Perform daily office cleaning, turn show-ready lights on and off, and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility
- Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must have a professional demeanor and image
- Must be a team player with a pleasant disposition
- Personal grooming, dress, and appearances in keeping with normal expectations for office professionals
- Must be able to work with and understand persons of all ethnic and educational backgrounds
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively (by telephone and written correspondence)
- Must be able to assist Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager in all duties, which he/she may be assigned which may include flexible hours outside of published office hours
- Successful completion of all in-house training programs related to the service level as defined in the IPM Management Service Policies and Procedures manual
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer one to two years of leasing/sales and/or Customer Service experience
- Experience in dealing with customers or the general public
- Business school, college, marketing or other accredited courses in sales and marketing preferred
