Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process rental applications, and negotiate leasing terms for prospective residents. Pre-qualify applicants, verify references, and utilize Yardi and CRM systems to maintain accurate unit records and complete move-in paperwork. Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve maintenance issues, and advertise available units through various media channels. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and ensure the leasing office and community presentation meet company standards. Stay current on local market trends, zoning, and competitor information while representing the company professionally. Work Monday through Friday with weekend availability during high-volume days.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- Customer Services Experience
- Prior leasing skills
- Knowledge of Virtual touring and in-person touring
- Schedule: Required to work on Fridays and Saturdays
- Employees will be working 5 days a week: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Employees may be scheduled to work on weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish and English preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe is a plus
