Job Summary
Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while delivering intensive customer service to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention. Guide scheduled and unscheduled tours, respond to walk-in, telephone, and email inquiries, and prepare lease and renewal documentation. Assist with resident community events, maintenance requests, and property marketing strategies, including updates to advertisements on third-party Independent Listing Services. Record required data accurately using Yardi Property Management software and generate reports to ensure property compliance with affordable housing standards. Support the Community Director with general administrative duties and manage routine correspondence.
