Job Summary
Leasing Consultant for Affinity at Covington, an active adult (55+) senior housing community in Covington, WA. Responsible for driving occupancy through relationship selling via phone, email, walk-ins, and appointments; conducting individualized tours; maintaining prospect data in the sales system; coordinating follow-up and events; building partnerships and executing marketing activities to attract residents; ensuring accuracy of online postings and advertisements; and complying with Fair Housing Laws. Requires strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities, with familiarity in property management software and CRM tools, and availability to work evenings/weekends. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.
