Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective renters, marketing and leasing apartments, processing lease applications, tours of vacant/model units, preparing lease contracts, and maintaining accurate prospect data. Requires strong customer service, sales and closing skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines. On-site role with schedule Mon-Fri, potential overtime, and required state leasing licensure or ability to obtain it.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role
- Demonstrated sales and closing skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- State leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law
