Job Summary
Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment, guiding them through tours and answering questions to make move-in day seamless. Build trust with current residents to support renewals while working closely with the team to hit leasing goals and maintain top-notch customer service. Show off move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm, treating all residents with integrity and care in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays on an as-needed basis, and holidays during peak hours.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales
- Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes
- Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates
Desired Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
