Job Summary
Maintain occupancy above 95% while using strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% community occupancy. Assist future residents in finding apartments, prioritize tour paths, and ensure curb appeal by communicating feedback to Maintenance and Community Manager. Ensure leases are complete, schedule follow-ups for maintenance work orders and move-ins, and assist with resident retention activities. Provide a positive experience to all residents by mediating feedback, leveraging marketing techniques and social media for community promotion, and utilizing strong communication and sales closing skills. This role requires bilingual proficiency, a minimum of 1-2 years on-site experience, and competence with property management software and Microsoft Suite. Candidates must demonstrate customer service expertise, team collaboration, and a focus on customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Minimum of 1-2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant
- Past success working in high traffic and demand office or property
- Proven background within customer service and outreach marketing
- Strong leasing sales and closing skills
- Proven experience on customer experience and satisfaction with focus on customers first
- Experience working in a team setting to promptly accomplish projects and goals & supporting other departments
- Competence and confidence with technology like Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software
- Ability to work with team on Saturdays
- Present self in a upbeat, neat/clean and professional manner at all times
- Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook
