Job Summary
Conduct leasing operations to maintain 95%+ occupancy, assist future residents in selecting apartments, and ensure all leases are complete and correct. Manage resident retention activities, mediate feedback, and prioritize tour paths while communicating maintenance updates to the Community Manager. Schedule Saturday shifts, follow up on move-ins, and utilize marketing techniques and social media to promote community events. Execute consultative selling to achieve 100% occupancy, requiring bilingual skills and experience with OneSite or Knock property management software.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Minimum of 1-2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant
- Past success working in high traffic and demand office or property
- Proven background within customer service and outreach marketing
- Strong leasing sales and closing skills
- Proven experience on customer experience and satisfaction with focus on customers first
- Experience working in a team setting to promptly accomplish projects and goals & supporting other departments
- Competence and confidence with technology like Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software
- Ability to work with team on Saturdays
- Present self in a upbeat, neat/clean and professional manner at all times
- Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook
