Job Summary
Facilitate apartment rentals at Arlington Club Apartments by assisting prospective residents with inquiries, tours, and lease negotiations. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, process rental applications, and market available units through online listings and community outreach. Maintain positive relationships with residents and collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals. Represent Village Green at outside networking functions while addressing resident needs with high professionalism. Requires two years of multi-family leasing experience, proficiency in property management software, and the ability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of leasing experience with multi-family
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
- Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Additional property management software (Yardi / One Site / MRI / Sight Plan) is highly desired
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
- Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed our customer's expectations
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Pre-employment drug testing is required
- Employment eligibility in accordance with federal law
