Job Summary
Leasing Consultant duties include leasing apartments at optimal rent levels with strong customer service, handling resident requests, explaining community policies, maintaining accurate lease-related documents and resident files, data entry of resident information, supporting retention/renewal programs, inspecting apartments for move-in readiness, assisting in leasing activities and resident relations, monitoring market rent and amenities, and participating in community events. Must become certified as a Leasing Specialist through in-house training; travel may be required; occasional weekend hours may be required. Key skills include interpersonal communication, organizational ability, verbal skills, customer-service orientation, and professional appearance.
