Leasing Consultant -1701 Central

Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person, assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing units and providing tours, and coordinate the rental application and qualification process. Collaborate with the Property Manager to organize community and resident appreciation events, while assisting residents with lease renewals and various requests. Deliver excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors. Requires at least one year of sales or marketing experience, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of background checks and drug screens.
