Job Summary
Conduct leasing activities by qualifying potential residents, showing model units, and inspecting apartments for move-in readiness. Process lease documents, enter resident data into the computer system, and maintain accurate files per company policy. Resolve resident issues promptly while explaining policies and supporting office personnel with clerical duties. Assist in developing retention programs and prepare competitive market surveys. Greet new residents, verify application data, and coordinate community events. Maintain a professional image and customer service attitude while traveling as needed. Occasional weekend hours apply.
