Job Summary
The Leasing Community Intern is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, collaborating as a team, and striving for 100% occupancy through resident retention and leasing efforts. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, completing lease applications, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting in community events, and participating in required training. Candidates must be enrolled in college, have completed one year, and maintain a minimum GPA. Availability for approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours
- Completed a minimum of one year at enrolled accredited college or university
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Current or future leaseholder of community
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Available for approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
