Job Summary
Leasing Community Intern engages in customer service to support resident retention and leasing efforts. Responsibilities include administrative tasks at the front desk, training participation, greeting prospective clients, answering leasing inquiries, presenting community features, closing sales, and maintaining lease documentation. Candidates must possess strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude while maintaining cleanliness on tour paths and assisting in community events. Requires enrollment in college, maintaining a minimum GPA, and availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 6 credit hours
- Completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled accredited college or university
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average
- Must be a current or future leaseholder of community
- Must live on designated community floor
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Available to be scheduled for work approximately 20 hours per week
- Available evenings and weekends
