Job Summary
The Leasing Community Intern position involves delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction, and striving for 100% occupancy through the leasing and retention of residents. The intern will perform administrative tasks, greet prospective clients, engage in training on the Cardinal Way of Leasing, and maintain lease file documentation. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, be currently enrolled in an accredited college degree program, and meet specific GPA requirements. The role requires physical ability to lift 40 lbs and includes evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours
- Completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled accredited college or university
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average
- Current or future leaseholder of community
- Live on designated community floor as assigned by Community Manager
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Available to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Available evenings and weekends
