Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, provide exceptional apartment tours, and build genuine relationships with current and future residents. Plan and host engaging resident events and community activities while managing leads, applications, and leasing paperwork. Deliver outstanding customer service from first tour through move-in and beyond, collaborating with your team to achieve leasing goals and create an exceptional resident experience. Weekend availability is required. This role supports Upton Oxmoor's mission to create an experience residents love coming home to, within a fun, energetic, team-first culture.
