Job Summary
Welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments while clearly explaining community policies. Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day to ensure they are informed, supported, and satisfied. Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience. Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community. Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction. This role requires a minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred, and proficiency in property management software. Schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, weekdays 9 am to 6 pm and weekends 10 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years sales experience
- Computer literacy
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 10 am - 5 pm
