Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours, greet and qualify leads using property management software, and process applications with credit and rental history verification. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-ins while obtaining resident signatures and providing orientation. Maintain an active social media presence, plan resident functions, and promptly resolve service issues to promote satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt response to resident requests. Manage marketing strategies within budget limits to drive traffic and achieve property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
