Job Summary
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries to schedule tours, greet guests using lead management software, and qualify prospects for applications. Process applications with credit checks, submit them for Community Manager approval, and close sales by showing apartments and preparing units for move-in. Maintain an active social media presence, promote resident retention through events and functions, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve service requests. Complete lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork while attending daily goal setting meetings. Manage marketing strategies within budget constraints to drive traffic and achieve property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office
- Property Management Software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Valid driver's license
- A flexible schedule
- hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
